How the claims process works

Notify us immediately

Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as the incident occurs. The sooner we know, the faster we can help. Have your policy number ready if possible.

Document the incident

Take photos or videos where safe to do so. Collect police case numbers for theft. Get veterinary certificates for livestock claims. Keep all receipts for emergency expenses.

Assessor assigned

A claims assessor will be assigned to your case within 24–48 hours. They will contact you to schedule a visit or request documentation.

Claim assessed

Your assessor reviews all documentation and submits their report. We target a decision within 3 business days of receiving all required documents.

Claim paid

Once approved, payment is processed within 5 business days directly to your nominated bank account.
